Project Overview
Perched on a hillside with amazing views, this home needed a master suite and properly finished daylight basement to perfect its floorplan. We were able to maintain the existing front elevation and add a two-story extension off of the existing master to allow for a beautiful master suite on the main floor complete with a private balcony from which to enjoy the sunset. Below, extra space was captured in a ground floor suite which also opens to the oversized back yard. A built-in wet-bar was added, as well as a work-out room to the basement to make the downstairs into its own private spa like retreat.
